To support the existing management team immediately after the acquisition, you will be responsible together with the existing management for the implementation of the new strategy and all other operational to-dos. This activity offers a lot of variety and exciting tasks, but of course also requires a high willingness to travel.

Your main tasks:​

• Implementation of all carve-out measures such as IT, development of new business areas and corporate functions

• Realignment of the purchasing and sales organization

• Development of a sustainable strategy and implementation of the same

• Support for buy-and-build projects

• Promotion of synergy potentials within the entire group of companies

• Independent management of medium-sized companies

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies (economics, engineering or industrial engineering)

• Several years of professional experience in the management of companies or relevant divisons

• Structured and entrepreneurial personality

• Experience in project management and ideally participation in or management of projects in the field of carve-out, turnaround or restructuring

• Affinity to medium-sized companies as well as profound financial understanding (profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow)

• Willingness to travel

• Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English, other foreign languages ​​such as French or Italian advantageous
